Prof. Dr. Qadir Bakhsh Baloch is a highly esteemed academician, researcher, and policy leader with decades of experience in higher education, public administration, and institutional development. He brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the Board of Governors at the Professional College of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences.
Dr. Baloch has served in several key academic positions, including Vice Chancellor of Mir Chakar Khan Rind University, Sibi, and Director of Higher Studies & Research at Islamia College University, Peshawar. His academic contributions span management sciences, tourism, and organizational development, with numerous publications in national and international journals.
In 2023, Dr. Baloch was appointed as the Caretaker Minister for Education and Tourism in Balochistan, where he led impactful initiatives to uplift public sector education and promote inclusive access in underserved regions.
As a member of our Board of Governors, Dr. Baloch plays a vital advisory role in strengthening academic quality, institutional governance, and strategic planning at PCNAHS. His presence reinforces our commitment to excellence in nursing and allied health education.
