The RN to BSN program is designed to help registered nurses advance their education and careers. By pursuing a bachelor’s degree in nursing, RNs will gain a deeper understanding of healthcare systems, research methods, and leadership principles. Graduates of this program will be better equipped to promulgate evidence-based practices, provide holistic patient care, and hold administrative positions in healthcare organizations. In addition, earning a BSN can lead to higher salaries, increased job security, and better job opportunities. The program is usually completed in two years and can be taken online or through a hybrid format.

Qualification:

• Matric with Science (Biology, Chemistry & Physics as compulsory subjects) OR Matric Arts as per HEC Notification No.8 (61)/A&A/2018/HEC/5998 dt. 06.04.2018.
• Diploma in Nursing
• Diploma in Midwifery (any Post Basic Specialty for males in lieu of midwifery)
